Ken Shinohara | Head of Design, Mybest Inc.
After working at a film production company, he was responsible for design and art direction in print, video, and digital media at Hakuhodo i-studio and McCann Erickson Japan. Subsequently, as an executive officer at Drecom, he led the strategic design and operation of design organizations. At Speee, as CDO, he promoted corporate branding, organizational development, and the renewal of MVV (Mission, Vision, Values) and VI (Visual Identity). He joined Cubic in 2019 and, as Executive Officer and CDO, promoted 'design-led management.' He engaged in management centered on design, from business strategy, branding, organizational culture, to new domains. Since 2025, he has been involved with Mybest, promoting product and brand design strategy as Head of Design.
Tomo Tsubota | Senior Executive Officer CPO, Kurashiru Inc.
He has been involved in launching many new businesses and building design organizations specializing in UI/UX design at livedoor and DeNA. At BCG, he supported startup business creation by launching 'Basecamp,' a joint venture with large corporations. After founding his own company, Basecamp Inc., in July 2019 and selling it to dely, he concurrently became CPO of dely Inc. Currently, he is responsible for service development at Kurashiru.
Taimu Hanashiro | Partner & Vice President, AI Experience Designer, BCG X
He joined the Tokyo base launch of BCG Digital Ventures (now BCG X) in April 2016. Leading the Experience Design team in Tokyo, he has carried out new business launches and customer journey projects in areas such as healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, and finance. He has conducted new business planning and customer journey projects not only in Japan but also in South Korea for the finance and retail industries. UI/UX is his specialized field. In his previous role at Translimit, Inc., he led the creative for the brain training apps 'BrainWars' and 'BrainDots' as a lead designer. These apps recorded 60 million downloads.
Yukiyya Yamane | Service Designer / Team Mirai Nagata-cho Engineer Team
After graduating from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Tokyo, he joined Dentsu. He was seconded to Toyota Motor Corporation, where he was involved in product planning for small EVs. He then engaged in new business development at the design consulting firm ONE inc. Subsequently, he was involved in the launch of Team Mirai and is currently affiliated with the Development Division. While changing roles across pharmaceuticals, marketing, and design, he has consistently been interested in how people view things. He plans to run for election in the 2025 Upper House election in the Aichi constituency.
Im Jong-ho | CEO, mount inc., Creative Director
Born in Busan, South Korea, in 1977. Joined Business Architects in 2000. After going independent and working as a freelancer in 2004, he established mount inc. with Takeaki Umetsu in 2008. For over 25 years, he has continuously created websites across all genres with the goal of 'creating things that move the heart.' His representative works include HOSHINOYA, YAMAZAKI MOMENTS, and PERFECT DAYS. He has received numerous awards, including NYC ADC, D&AD, and Cannes Lions.
