Serverworks Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryo Oishi; hereinafter referred to as Serverworks), an AWS Premier Tier Service Partner, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its collaboration with CrowdStrike LLC (hereinafter referred to as CrowdStrike) and expanded its sales and implementation support system for "CrowdStrike Falcon®︎ Cloud Security," a cloud security module included in CrowdStrike's AI-native platform "CrowdStrike Falcon® Platform."

■ Background: Risk of Compromise Due to Cloud Environment-Specific Misconfigurations

As companies increasingly adopt AWS, attacks targeting cloud-specific misconfigurations are becoming prominent. Mistakes in configuration and inadequate management of ID/permissions can lead to serious incidents, and these are areas that traditional endpoint security struggles to detect or defend against.

As an AWS-exclusive integrator, we have been providing security solutions by entering into a partnership with CrowdStrike in 2025 to address such challenges. In response to further demand expansion, we are now fully expanding our implementation support system for Falcon Cloud Security.

■ Overview of Services Provided

Falcon Cloud Security, which Serverworks supports for implementation, enhances the security of AWS environments by providing the following five functions on a single platform:

CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management)

Real-time identification and visualization of cloud misconfigurations and deviations from security standards.

CIEM (Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management)

Visualizes permissions granted to user IDs and services in the cloud, supporting operations with least privilege by eliminating unnecessary (excessive) permissions.

CWP (Cloud Workload Protection)

Monitors the behavior of programs on virtual servers, containers, and Kubernetes (a mechanism for managing containers), detecting and blocking threats.

ASPM (Application Security Posture Management)

Supports protection of sensitive data and maintenance of compliance by identifying and assessing application vulnerabilities and risks, and prioritizing countermeasures.

DSPM (Data Security Posture Management)

Protects data from threats such as information leakage by identifying sensitive data stored and shared in the cloud, and monitoring and controlling access.

These five functions enable "DevSecOps," integrating security into each stage from development to operation. By combining real-time workload protection with the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform and Falcon Cloud Security, along with the AWS infrastructure monitoring expertise gained from our managed security service "Sabasock," we support customers in achieving multi-layered defense in their cloud environments.

■ Comments from Each Company

Isao Obahasawa, Representative Executive Officer, President, CrowdStrike LLC

"In recent years, cloud compromises have continued to increase. CrowdStrike's '2026 Global Threat Report' revealed that in 2025, intrusions into cloud environments increased by 37% compared to the previous year. As cloud environments and attacker tactics evolve, proactive security measures must also be advanced to enable organizations to defend more effectively. I am very pleased that this strengthened collaboration with Serverworks will allow more companies to work on protecting their cloud environments."

Ryo Oishi, Representative Director and President, Serverworks Inc.

"This strengthened collaboration with CrowdStrike is a crucial step towards balancing essential security governance with business agility in corporate cloud utilization. By integrating the advanced security functions of Falcon Cloud Security with the expertise we have cultivated as a cloud integrator, we will eliminate cloud-specific risks and create an environment where customers can focus on their core business growth. As a sustainable DX partner in uncertain times, we will continue to support safe and swift cloud operations."
