[Grand Prize Winner Receives 100,000 Yen in Prize Money!] We are seeking videos that capture the Koto City you find charming and want to show others.
Koto City is holding the "Koto City Movie Award" to convey the city's appeal to a wider audience through video. For this second iteration, the theme is "Tokyo's, a little to the East. Very Now."
This theme was selected as the Grand Prize winner from a total of 6,091 entries in last year's "Koto City Message Award" and has also been adopted as the promotional message for Koto City as a whole.
We look forward to receiving videos that capture the unique charm of Koto City, where tradition and innovation intersect, from your own perspective – "Koto City that you find charming" and "Koto City that you want to show."
* The 2nd event will only accept entries for the "Koto City Movie Award."
114 Entries in the 1st Koto City Movie Award! A Chance to Win Even with Just a Smartphone

This award emphasizes not only filmmaking techniques but also unique perspectives and ideas on "how to showcase the charm of Koto City." We encourage you to participate.
