Recruitment starts April 13th, activities begin May 10th.

"SemiLattice," a global co-creation community where you can take on challenges with peers around the world, centered on your own strengths and passions, celebrated its first anniversary in February 2025. By connecting with approximately 60 talented individuals across 15 countries, we have engaged in a variety of activities. We have decided to welcome our 3rd cohort of creators starting May 10th, and recruitment will begin on Monday, April 13th. In conjunction with this, we will be holding a free online information session.

Whether you are unsure about joining or simply interested in SemiLattice without the intention of joining, you are more than welcome to attend. Please feel free to join us. You can sign up via the button below. (Archive viewing is available.)

① Self-Understanding 《What are my "strengths" and "passions"?》 ■ StrengthsFinder Workshop Together with a certified StrengthsFinder coach, we verbalize individual qualities and redefine strengths to increase the resolution of one's passions and strengths.

My Discovery We launched a 4-session practical program that systematically organizes the "power to live as myself" and translates strengths and passions into concrete action plans.

② Learning in the Community 《Connecting with peers through passions》 ■ SemiLattice Academy To deliver the talents of SemiLattice creators to more people, we started open lectures that anyone can join. The first installment was a "Self-Efficacy Enhancement Lecture" by global business & career consultant Reiko Fujita.

"Yasashii Business School" Collaboration Talk Event Koichi Nakagawa, Dean of Yasashii Business School, and Kaoru Kamata, CEO of SemiLattice, held a dialogue on the theme of "How to Learn and Utilize in the AI Era." "Japan Femtech Association" Collaboration Talk Event We co-hosted a special talk event inviting Naoko Yamada, Representative Director of the Japan Femtech Association, to learn about physical changes "correctly and gently." ③ Co-creation with Peers 《Giving shape to passions and realizing dreams!》 ■ Japanese Taiko Drum Performance in London A member's dream of performing Japanese Taiko drums overseas was realized in London. Driven by the desire to "spread Japanese Taiko to the world!", SemiLattice members planned and executed the project, resulting in an opening performance at the UK Ekiden and a concert at a London church.
