Sumitomo Densetsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka) announces that it has decided to relocate its Tokyo headquarters from Mita, Minato-ku to Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo-ku, by approximately summer 2028 (scheduled).

1. Background and Objectives of Relocation

We have established 'VISION2030' as our desired state for 2030, with the theme 'Leap Forward as a Comprehensive Engineering Company through Accelerated Investment in People and Technology.' As one of our business foundation strengthening measures, we are promoting 'Company-wide Revitalization through Enhanced Investment in Human Capital.'

This Tokyo headquarters relocation is aimed at accommodating future personnel increases, promoting work-style reform, and realizing sustainable corporate activities. The new office will provide a flexible and comfortable working environment that supports diverse work styles, while also aiming to improve productivity through enhanced internal and external communication and operational efficiency.

Furthermore, we aim to increase organizational vitality through improved engagement for each employee, and to enhance mid-to-long-term corporate value as a company that contributes to solving social issues.
