Hiroaki Matsuki

After graduating from university and working as an SV for a listed retail company, he joined Selection & Variation Co., Ltd. He has experience in designing HR systems for a wide range of industries, regardless of company size. In addition to HR system construction, he possesses extensive knowledge and know-how regarding employee engagement surveys and continuously conducts organizational diagnostics for external companies. He is also involved in various training programs for organizational growth.
