Waydoo Japan Launches Underwater Activity Filming Sets Combining Waydoo Subnado and DJI Osmo Action 6

Waydoo Japan, operated by Sekido Co., Ltd. and headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, has begun offering underwater activity filming sets that combine the compact underwater scooter Waydoo Subnado series with the DJI Osmo Action 6 action camera. The sets combine Waydoo Subnado, which supports underwater movement, DJI Osmo Action 6, which offers strong waterproof performance, and compatible accessories. They are designed for marine leisure activities such as snorkeling, diving, and SUP, allowing users to enjoy both movement and filming underwater. The set brings together the items needed for underwater mobility and filming: the compact Waydoo Subnado underwater scooter, the waterproof DJI Osmo Action 6 action camera, and shooting accessories. Users can move underwater with support from Subnado while filming snorkeling, diving, SUP, and other activities with Osmo Action 6. It is suited for people who want to avoid purchasing equipment separately and start both moving and filming during marine leisure activities. Waydoo Subnado weighs 1.4 kg, placing it among the world’s lightest underwater scooters. It includes a 98Wh battery that can operate for up to 56 minutes. With efficient output and a highly sealed propeller, it supports underwater movement at speeds of up to 5 km/h and depths of up to 60 m. Waydoo Subnado Plus keeps the same compact and lightweight design while adding a 144Wh battery that can operate for up to 60 minutes. Its powerful 800W motor and propulsion speed of up to 8.64 km/h provide comfortable underwater mobility for snorkeling, diving, and similar activities. DJI Osmo Action 6 is an action camera equipped with a 1/1.1-inch sensor, offering higher image quality and stronger low-light performance. It has IP68 waterproof certification and can be used underwater to depths of up to 20 m without a case. With the waterproof case, it provides protection down to a maximum depth of 60 m. The “Subnado + DJI Action 6 Action Camera Set” is priced at 135,300 yen including tax, with 1% point rewards available after member registration. Versions with one-year or two-year product replacement service are also available.
