【SEKAIA × Startup Lady】Official Media Partnership Commences from April 2026.

SEKAIA Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yasuo Sone; hereinafter "SEKAIA"), which develops global human resource development and inbound training businesses, is pleased to announce the official commencement of its media partnership with Startup Lady Association (Representative Director: Moeko Suzuki; hereinafter "Startup Lady"), a general incorporated association that supports women's entrepreneurial activities and community building, starting from April 2026.

### Background of the Partnership

SEKAIA and Startup Lady collaborated as media partners in "Go Global Hub," an international entrepreneur exchange base established in August 2025 as part of a Tokyo Metropolitan Government project.

As a result of deepening their collaboration based on their shared vision of women's empowerment, diversity promotion, and global ecosystem building, they have moved beyond one-off project support to an official partnership as a media partner that comprehensively supports the entire organization.

### SEKAIA's Role in This Partnership

SEKAIA will leverage its global network and multilingual information dissemination capabilities, cultivated through overseas study abroad programs and the "Internship in Japan" program for international students, to support Startup Lady in the following areas:

1. **Information Dissemination for Domestic and International Audiences (especially strengthening English communication)**
SEKAIA will contribute to increasing Startup Lady's global recognition by disseminating its vision, activities, and the achievements of its affiliated female entrepreneurs to the world in multiple languages, with a focus on English.

2. **Appropriate Support for Event Management**
SEKAIA will support the smooth operation of events hosted by Startup Lady, which involve domestic and international entrepreneurs and investors, by assisting with global participant recruitment and multilingual support.
