The fair will feature a total of 7 new products incorporating ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture and popular local dishes from the region.
This fair will offer products made with Yamaguchi Prefecture-produced ingredients such as green onions, asparagus, Choshu-dori chicken, and Kirara milk from Yamaguchi, as well as dishes inspired by local Yamaguchi specialties like Sanzoku-yaki and Kawara Soba. The lineup includes chilled bento boxes, cup deli items, bakery products, and sweets, allowing customers to easily enjoy Yamaguchi's unique flavors as part of their daily shopping. In collaboration with Yamaguchi Prefecture, we aim to promote the use of regional ingredients and local consumption, while also showcasing the deliciousness of Yamaguchi's food, described as "Buchiumai" (very delicious).
