為實現「2050零碳排東京」，東京都政府正積極推動各種措施，以提高建築物能源使用效率並實現脫碳化，因為建築物佔東京都二氧化碳排放量的七成以上。主要針對新建住宅的措施包括實施「建築物環境報告書制度」，要求大型房屋製造商等確保建築物的隔熱和節能性能，並安裝太陽能發電設備。
此次，除了報告制度的適用對象企業外，我們將新招募致力於推廣環保新建住宅的企業為「東京環保建築商」，並透過與企業合作發布資訊，擴大宣傳環保住宅的機會。
此外，對於實施特別有效措施的企業，將頒發「東京環保建築商獎 領導企業獎」，並透過東京都製作的宣傳推廣內容進行合作，向市民傳達。

■東京環保建築商
註冊要求
① 在東京都內，於令和7年4月至令和8年3月底之間取得建築確認證明書的總樓地板面積未滿2,000㎡的新建建築物（以下稱「目標物業」）的供應實績。
② 目標物業須符合建築物環境報告書制度所訂定的標準。
※對於不屬於本制度適用對象的企業，僅需符合隔熱、節能性能標準及再生能源設置標準。

從「東京環保建築商」註冊企業中，表彰在建築物脫碳化方面實施有效措施的企業。
