The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has established the 'Advisory Board for Creating Opportunities to Foster Global Sensibilities' to help children envision a future where they can thrive on the global stage from an early age by becoming familiar with multiculturalism and fostering a rich international sensibility.

We are pleased to announce the 3rd meeting as follows:

1. Date and Time
Friday, May 1, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

2. Location
Tokyo Metropolitan Main Building No. 1, 33rd Floor, Special Conference Room S2

3. Committee Members, etc.
As listed in Annex 1, 'Member List of the Advisory Board for Creating Opportunities to Foster Global Sensibilities.'

4. Themes and Agenda
(1) Contents of field surveys at kindergartens and nursery schools, etc.
(2) 'Initiatives for Fostering International Sensibilities' appropriate for school age

5. Regarding Media Coverage
Prior application is not required for media representatives wishing to cover the event on-site.
Due to venue constraints, coverage is limited to one camera per network and one person per company for stills.
Media reception on the day will be held in front of Special Conference Room S2 on the 33rd floor of Main Building No. 1 (see Annex 2).

Coverage positions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you wear your company's armband during coverage.
The meeting will be streamed online (Microsoft Teams) only for those who register in advance.
