Sega XD Joins Moonshot Goal 9 Project to Realize a Society Where People Can Live Positively Even in Adversity

Sega XD Co., Ltd. announced its participation in the "Forward-looking" project under the Cabinet Office's Moonshot Research and Development Program Goal 9. Led by Project Manager Makiko Yamada from QST, the project aims to develop a "Mental Gym," a new training service to regulate and enhance mental states. By combining QST's scientific research on understanding and visualizing the mind with Sega XD's expertise in gamification and experience design, the joint initiative seeks to implement evidence-based mental training into society, making it a daily habit like physical exercise. Future plans include expanding to sports, corporate training, education, and medical fields.
