Breaking Away from 'Work in Osaka, Sleep in Nara' to Transform Nara into a City Where Jobs and People Gather

School Company Inc. (CEO: Hiroyasu Ohno), located in Nara City, is sharing its dream to "create a system where jobs are continuously born in Nara."

Based in Nara, our company provides web production and web marketing support. We aim to create a state where work circulates within Nara by connecting local business operators, and further, to attract projects from all over the country.

The Current Situation of "Working in Osaka, Sleeping in Nara"

Nara Prefecture has a high rate of out-of-prefecture employment, with a particularly large number of people commuting to Osaka for work and school.

In fact, it is said that **over 100,000 people** commute from Nara Prefecture to Osaka Prefecture, creating a situation where many people work outside of Nara and their consumption also flows outward.

As a result, a structure has persisted where it is difficult for jobs and value to be created within Nara.

Against this backdrop, Nara is sometimes referred to as a place where people **"work in Osaka, play in Osaka, and sleep in Nara."**

We want to change this flow.

Our Dream

Realizing both of these is the goal of this initiative.
