Schoo Establishes Wholly-Owned Subsidiary "LoLLL Inc." to Develop Comprehensive Regional HR Services

Schoo Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kenshiro Mori; hereinafter "Schoo"), which is driving social change through online learning and education, resolved at a Board of Directors meeting held on April 2, 2026, to establish "LoLLL Inc." (hereinafter "LoLLL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Since its founding, Schoo has been committed to adult education with the mission of "eliminating graduation from the world." Through its online learning services, it has supported individual learning and built a foundation for human resource development within companies.

To provide learning opportunities to everyone, Schoo is actively expanding its services beyond the Tokyo metropolitan area to regional areas, and the establishment of this subsidiary is part of that effort.

Through its initiatives with regional areas since 2015, Schoo has observed that many regional companies and local governments face severe labor shortages and the cascading problems that arise from them. Especially among small and medium-sized enterprises, there is often a lack of specialized personnel responsible for recruitment and training, or even a lack of HR functions themselves, leading to situations where organizational development cannot be adequately carried out.

To address these challenges, LoLLL will support the establishment of organizational foundations in regional areas through a talent placement service that assists with relocation and job changes, as well as a hands-on BPO service that supports the setup and operation of HR functions. By approaching both talent mobility and organizational development, LoLLL aims to create an environment where regional companies and local governments can achieve sustainable growth.

The Schoo Group will strengthen its mechanism for integrated support of individual and organizational growth by combining the organizational foundation building in regional areas by LoLLL with the learning services provided by Schoo.
