SBI VC Trade Co., Ltd. and SBINFT Co., Ltd., both subsidiaries of SBI Holdings, have resolved to merge effective July 1, 2026, with SBI VC Trade as the surviving entity. The merger aims to integrate management resources in response to shifts in the blockchain and digital economy, focusing on comprehensive on-chain financial services and real-world asset (RWA) utilization rather than speculative NFT trading. The NFT marketing platform 'SBINFT Mits' will continue under the merged company, while the NFT marketplace 'SBINFT Market' is scheduled to terminate on June 30, 2026.
