JAZZ-themed Beer "Bloom Groove" to be Released on May 8th (Friday) at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO and BLUE NOTE PLACE

Sapporo Breweries Ltd., a group company of Sapporo Holdings Ltd., will release "Bloom Groove," a limited-edition beer, on May 8th (Friday) exclusively at "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO," a Yebisu brand experience base with brewing facilities in Ebisu, the birthplace of Yebisu Beer (Note 1), and the BLUE NOTE PLACE (Note 2) outdoor counter. "Bloom Groove" is a special IPA-style beer crafted for the music festival "EBISU Bloomin’JAZZ GARDEN 2026" (Note 3). With the theme "Fragrance and individuality bloom," it is the first beer to use "2011U," one of the world's most aromatic hops developed by Sapporo Beer. Its gorgeous aroma, reminiscent of roses and grapefruit, vividly blooms within the IPA style, accompanied by the groove of jazz. It was developed with the concept of "Fragrance and individuality bloom," inspired by this year's EBISU Bloomin’JAZZ GARDEN theme: "MUSIC×BEER×FOOD×GREEN." The key to unlocking its individuality is the unnamed hop "2011U" developed by Sapporo Beer. This is the first time this hop has been used in a beer offered to customers.
