San-X Co., Ltd. announced that a limited edition liquid eyeliner featuring a collaboration between the makeup brand 'Love Liner' (by msh Co., Ltd.) and 'Rilakkuma' will be released on May 28, 2026, exclusively at Tsuruha Group stores. The design features Rilakkuma and friends enjoying various types of toast, and the container is refillable for repeated use. It retains the features of Love Liner, such as the 0.1mm precision brush and waterproof/smudge-proof formula. It is available in four colors for 1,760 yen (tax included) each.
