Salt Consortium Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Morio Inoue) will open "eatlet all day kitchen" (hereinafter referred to as eatlet), a restaurant aiming to be a town dining facility open to the community while also serving as an employee dormitory cafeteria, on March 30, 2026.

This project is an initiative where Salt Consortium Co., Ltd. has been entrusted with the operation of the meal service for residents of employee dormitories managed by Daiwa Life Next Co., Ltd., and will develop it as a new dining facility open to the community.

We are intentionally opening up the dining landscape, which was once "inside the home" as an employee dormitory cafeteria, to the town.

While cherishing its function as a welfare benefit, we aim to expand its value to the town as a place that connects with local residents and park visitors. Eatlet is the embodiment of this aspiration.

◾️ A Place That is Both a Cafeteria and an Extension of the Park

"Eatlet" is a coined word combining "eat" and "parklet," which utilizes a portion of a road as a space for people to interact. We want to be a "food oasis" where anyone can casually stop by. This sentiment is embedded in the name.

Whether it's a moment of relaxation with a cup of coffee or a meal for a special occasion, this place offers as many ways to be used as there are visitors, showing a different face each time.

◾️ A Culinary Experience That Accompanies Every Scene, Throughout the Day.

In the morning, we offer dishes that are gentle on the body and satisfying, allowing residents of the employee dormitory to start their day peacefully. Based on the premise of being able to eat them daily, we aim to balance nutritional value and satisfaction while paying attention to saltiness and oil content. We are also committed to a pricing structure that is sustainable.

From daytime to evening, it aims to be a welcoming town dining facility where diverse people, including families with children, seniors, and local workers, can spend their time comfortably at their own pace. Dinner will be available to the general public, with special resident prices also offered, fulfilling its role as a meal service for the dormitory residents.

From a light lunch, to a leisurely cafe break, to dinner with family and friends. The menu composition and the way the space is used will naturally shift according to the usage scenario.

Nutrition and deliciousness, price and satisfaction, everyday life and a touch of specialness.

Instead of leaning towards one extreme, we value the "just right" balance that aligns with the rhythm of daily life.

We aim to be a place that is naturally chosen in everyday life, rather than a special destination.

Eatlet will be a part of the everyday scenery.
