The Oh!huggy!! Yaenosato branch is located about a 2-minute walk from Yaenosato Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line, in an area that harmonizes the tranquility of a residential neighborhood with the bustle of the city.

Inside the store, we offer a wide variety of Japanese sweets, centered around our gorgeous "Flower Ohagi."

We have also provided an eat-in space, focusing on creating a comfortable environment where local residents can feel free to drop by.

"Flower Ohagi Specialty Store Oh!huggy!!" is an ohagi specialty store based on the concept of "loveliness that makes you want to hug it."

The store name was coined by combining the meaning of "hug" with the sound of "ohagi."

Our signature product, "Flower Ohagi," is a visually stunning item featuring flowers crafted from bean paste on top of ohagi. We offer monthly selections based on seasonal flowers.

The bean paste used is a special blend crafted by "Kineya Toyomitsu," a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture, with over 100 years of history. It features an elegant sweetness made from Hokkaido-grown beans. Furthermore, we use glutinous rice from the Hida region to achieve a fluffy and soft texture.

Please enjoy this new form of ohagi that combines Japanese and Western elements.

Seasonal ohagi are available on a monthly basis.

In April, we offer flavors that evoke spring, such as Sakura (cherry blossom paste), Pansy (tea paste and apple), and Marigold (summer mandarin orange paste).

The 7-piece gift box (2,640 yen including tax), which contains seven gorgeous ohagi, is a popular item wrapped in a furoshiki tied to look like a flower.

With both appearance and taste that capture the season, it is perfect as a gift for someone special or as a treat for yourself.

At the Oh!huggy!! Yaenosato branch, we offer not only ohagi but also a wide variety of colorful sweets, such as melting warabi mochi, "blooming" warabi mochi drinks, and flower dango.

Our "Blooming Warabi Mochi Drink" Uji Matcha Latte features aromatic roasted Uji matcha, which pairs perfectly with whipped cream, bean paste flowers, and our melting warabi mochi.
