Results showed 82.6% of Gen Z (20s) reps are positive about client entertainment like drinking parties and golf, 2.5 times higher than those in their 50s. Conversely, 35.3% of the 50s consider entertainment unnecessary. While over 90% of Gen Z feel pressured to use traditional 'legwork' tactics, all generations agreed that automating useless tasks to focus on negotiations is key to success.
