Salesforce Japan held the 'Agentforce World Tour Tokyo' today. Under the theme 'Become an Agentic Enterprise,' the event showcased how advanced companies have integrated AI agents into their management and operations.
Running from June 9 (Tue) to June 10 (Wed) at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo and via the 'Salesforce+' streaming service, the event aims to redefine business through human-AI agent collaboration. It features a keynote by Shinichi Koide, Chairman and President, along with over 150 sessions and 90 success stories.
Positioning 2026 as the 'Year of AI Agent Implementation' for Japanese firms, Salesforce emphasized the need for a foundation that accumulates customer data and context. The company proposed the 'Salesforce Agentic Enterprise Architecture' and introduced the 'Headless 360' framework to the Japanese market.
The event covers three essential elements for successful implementation: executive decision-making, business unit practice, and technical/analytical implementation.
- Agentforce World Tour Tokyo (June 9): Showcasing real-world examples in sales, service, and marketing where employee capabilities are augmented. - TDX Tokyo (June 10): A technical event for developers and administrators to learn implementation using 'Agentforce Builder' and 'Vibe Coding'. - DataFam Tokyo (June 10): Announcing the Japanese market launch of the 'Tableau Agentic Analytics Platform' to foster a robust data culture. - SFUG Cup (June 10): A competition to determine the most innovative users of Agentforce.
