<Seasonal Salad Early Summer Aromatic Mix Myoga and Perilla> <Arrangement Recipe: Crispy Somen with Myoga and Perilla Aroma>
"Seasonal Salad Early Summer Aromatic Mix Myoga and Perilla" is a new limited-edition product for early summer in the "Seasonal Salad" series, which uses seasonal vegetables.
This product is the first in the series to use domestically grown myoga. In the continuing heat of summer, refreshing aromatic vegetables are preferred, and we have developed a salad that is easy to eat even during the intense summer heat of recent years. In addition to perilla, which pairs well with myoga, it contains lettuce, daikon radish, and red leaf lettuce. It is a perfect salad for hot summer meals, and the special website will also introduce arrangement recipes such as "Crispy Salad Somen with Myoga and Perilla Aroma," which makes the most of the flavors of myoga and perilla.
<About the myoga used>
The myoga used in this product is from Kochi Prefecture. Kochi Prefecture boasts over 90% of the domestic share of myoga production. Grown under a warm climate and abundant water sources, with thorough temperature control, the myoga is characterized by its rich flavor and vivid color.
<Comment from Myoga Producer Hashida Farm>
