Júbilo Iwata "SALA Group Match Sustainability Day" Event Announcement

Last year's SALA Group Match (provided by Júbilo Iwata)

The Meiji Yasuda J2/J3 Centennial Plan League Matchday 17, "Júbilo Iwata vs. Fujieda MYFC," to be held at Yamaha Stadium on Saturday, May 16, 2026, will be hosted as the "SALA Group Match ~Sustainability Day~," with SALA Group serving as the matchday partner.

At this year's SALA Group Match, Audi's electric vehicle, the "Audi Q8 e-tron," will be provided as Júbilo Iwata's official car. Prior to the match, a vehicle donation ceremony for media and stakeholders will be held on Wednesday, May 13.

The history of the partnership between SALA Group and Júbilo Iwata dates back to 1996. The SALA Group Match has been continuously held since 2008, and together with Júbilo, we have made various proposals to the local community, including fans and supporters.

In its currently promoted 6th Mid-Term Management Plan, our group aims to establish "SALA for Life," which supports rich local living, and "SALA for Business," which assists local businesses in solving their challenges. At this SALA Group Match, with "Sustainability" as the theme, SALA Cars Japan Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the group's mobility business, will provide a new Audi electric vehicle (Audi Q8 e-tron) as an "official car" to Júbilo Iwata. Additionally, we will promote various sustainability initiatives such as green reform and local production for local consumption.

On the day of the event, in addition to a vehicle presentation ceremony on the pitch, local athletes and mascots supported by the group will also attend to liven up the stadium.

1. [For Media and Stakeholders] Audi Q8 e-tron Official Car Donation Ceremony

As part of this initiative, the premium electric SUV coupe "Audi Q8 e-tron" will be provided to Júbilo Iwata as an official car.

Through its use not only in special situations but also as a daily means of transportation, we will share the value of electric vehicles and new possibilities for mobility with the local community.

Prior to the public unveiling at the stadium on Saturday, May 16, a donation ceremony for media and stakeholders will be held as follows:

● Official Car Exhibition [From 10:30 until match start, Júbilo Plaza SALA Booth]

SALA Cars Japan, an authorized dealer of Volkswagen and Audi, will provide the latest electric vehicle, the "Audi Q8 e-tron," as an official car to support the transportation of Júbilo players and staff.

This initiative is part of GX (Green Transformation) promotion, combining SALA Cars Japan's advanced mobility with the group's decarbonization solutions. On the day, the custom-wrapped vehicle will be unveiled at Júbilo Plaza. Visitors can sit inside and view the interior (weather permitting). Two people who post photos of the vehicle with a hashtag on X will be selected by lottery to receive a "player-signed uniform." Details will be announced on the group's official X (@sala_group). *In case of rain, only exterior viewing will be available.

Inside the pitch, a ceremony will be held to commemorate the provision of the official car to Júbilo. *Due to being held inside the pitch, media coverage will not be possible. Photos will be provided at a later date.
