I'm Safe LLC provides convenient online training for [Foreman Education (Without Safety and Health Manager)] as notified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which can be taken from the office or home. The schedule for May 2026 has been released. According to Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers in industries specified by Article 19 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act Enforcement Order must provide safety and health education to newly appointed foremen or those directly supervising workers. Due to amendments to the enforcement order, industries such as food manufacturing, publishing, and printing have been added to the mandatory training list since April 1, 2023. I'm Safe's training is a statutory requirement. Unlike simple e-learning, this is a live Zoom session where you can communicate with professional instructors. The fee is 13,000 yen (tax and materials included). Sessions are held on May 21 and 22, 2026.
