【May 2026 Online Training: Foreman Training (without Safety and Health Manager)】Convenient Online Training Course Schedule Released.

ImSafe LLC offers convenient online training courses for "Foreman Training (without Safety and Health Manager)", which can be taken from within the company or from home, in accordance with notifications from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

The schedule for May 2026 has been released.

Under the provisions of Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers are required to provide safety and health education to foremen and other persons who directly guide or supervise workers during operations, newly assigned to their duties, when the industry of their workplace falls under those specified in Article 19 of the Order for Enforcement of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.

With the revision of the Order for Enforcement of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, from April 1, 2023, "Food Manufacturing (umami seasoning manufacturing and animal and vegetable oil and fat manufacturing are already covered)", "Newspaper Industry, Publishing Industry, Bookbinding Industry, and Printing Processing Industry" have been newly added to the industries requiring safety and health education for foremen, making it mandatory for foremen.

*The traditionally targeted industries for foreman training are construction, manufacturing (excluding some), electricity, gas, machinery repair, and automobile maintenance.

These industries also require foreman qualifications due to organizational changes.

ImSafe's foreman training is a statutory education mandated by "Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act." "Employers, when the industry of their workplace falls under those specified by cabinet order, shall provide education for safety or health regarding the following matters to foremen and other persons who directly guide or supervise workers during operations (excluding operations supervisors), newly assigned to their duties, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Ordinance."
