Kamen Rider 55th Anniversary: 4K Remastered TV Series Special Broadcast

TOKYO MX has decided to broadcast the 4K remastered version of the 'Kamen Rider' TV series for two consecutive nights on April 28 and 29, 2026. This broadcast commemorates the 55th anniversary of Kamen Rider and the release of the UHD Blu-ray COLLECTION. Episode 40, 'Death Struggle! Monster Snowman vs. Two Riders,' and Episode 41, 'Magma Monster Ghoster: The Great Battle of Sakurajima,' will be aired. These episodes mark the first co-starring of the Double Riders (No. 1 and No. 2). The 4K remastering achieves the highest image quality by fully utilizing the potential of the 16mm film footage, allowing viewers to enjoy the masks, explosion scenes, and the scenery of the time in vivid detail.
