Famous Okinawa Soba Shop 'EIBUN' to Open at Department Store Ryubo

Ryubo Industry Co., Ltd. collaborates with EIBUN Co., Ltd. to open the fourth 'EIBUN' branch, 'EIBUN palette,' on the 1st floor of Department Store Ryubo in Naha on April 27, 2026. Designed by Taichi Kuma of Kengo Kuma & Associates, the interior incorporates traditional Okinawan red tiles. The menu includes the signature 'BUNBUN Soba' and exclusive vegan options using mushroom broth and soy meat. A new premium dried noodle line, 'THIS IS OKINAWA SOBA,' will also be launched concurrently to provide high-quality local flavors to tourists and locals.
