[New Event] 'Back-Office AI Agent EXPO' to Debut at Tokyo Big Sight in September 2026

RX Japan Ltd. will hold the inaugural 'Back-Office AI Agent EXPO', a new specialized exhibition focused on the AI-driven advancement and automation of back-office operations, at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from September 16 (Wed) to 18 (Fri), 2026. This exhibition is newly established as the 10th component of 'General Affairs, HR, and Accounting Week', Japan's largest exhibition for back-office operations, and is scheduled to be held four times a year in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. Corporate AI utilization is shifting from the PoC (Proof of Concept) stage to full-scale implementation and integration into business operations. Especially in the back-office area, against the backdrop of serious labor shortages and the need to eliminate the personalization of tasks, the demand for business reform utilizing AI agents, generative AI, and AI-OCR is rapidly expanding. This exhibition was born as the only specialized exhibition in Japan dedicated to AI utilization in the back office, with the clear theme of 'transforming business processes themselves with AI', rather than just introducing DX tools. In this exhibition, products and services that support AI transformation of back-office operations are organized into six categories, allowing visitors to efficiently compare and consider them according to their purposes.
