"Sumida" will once again host the "All-You-Can-Eat Summer Vacation Teppanyaki Steak" during the Obon period.

This popular event allows guests to fully enjoy teppanyaki, prepared live right before their eyes by our chefs, while taking in the panoramic view from the hotel's top floor.

This year, we will be serving sauteed lobster and salmon, one plate per person. The savory flavor of the seafood, grilled to perfection on the teppan, is enhanced by a refreshing lemon butter soy sauce.
