The cold dish selection includes refreshing items like Vietnamese fresh spring rolls with colorful vegetables, Thai Larb Moo with minced pork and herbs, and the addictively sweet and sour Yam Woon Sen.

From Indonesia, the fragrant and spicy pickle, Achar, joins the lineup, offering an appetizing array of flavors.

The hotel's signature Wagyu roast beef is served with three types of sauces. The Asian-flavored sauce, a soy sauce base with onions and chili peppers, brings out the juiciness of the meat with a refreshing touch. Additionally, our chefs will serve freshly prepared Korean Samgyeopsal, grilled to be juicy and aromatic, and a gently flavored Pho.

The "Mango Pudding Parfait" features a rich mango & coconut sorbet made by carefully blending mangoes, layered with Aiyu jelly, coconut blancmange, mango pudding, and panna cotta. The texture of white wood ear mushrooms marinated in lemon syrup provides a pleasant accent, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful layers.

The "Asian Assortment Plate" brings together popular sweets from across Asia on a single dish.
