Sizzler, the salad bar & grill restaurant operated by Royal Group, will once again host its popular 'Aloha! Hawaiian Fair' for the fifth consecutive year, starting Wednesday, July 15, 2026, as a limited-time event.
Sizzler's summer tradition is the 'Hawaiian Fair'—a beloved annual event returning this year with enhanced offerings. This year’s edition not only upgrades the popular grill menu but also introduces a wide range of Hawaiian-inspired items, including coconut water and colorful deli salads. This summer, Sizzler’s 'Aloha! Hawaiian Fair' introduces the 'Big Island Grill,' a luxurious platter packed with the tastes of Hawaii. It features teriyaki chicken, ribeye steak, pork spare ribs glazed with a sweet and spicy Polynesian sauce (with a hint of pineapple), garlic shrimp, and grilled pineapple—all on one plate. Additionally, shareable options such as 'Ribeye Steak (150g) & Garlic Shrimp' and 'Hamburger Steak & Garlic Shrimp' are available for solo diners or pairs.
At Sizzler’s premium salad bar, two exclusive deli salads are offered during the fair. The 'Hawaiian Rice Salad,' enjoyed by many customers last year, has been upgraded by replacing kale with Swiss chard for a milder, more delicate texture. The 'Lilikoi Macaroni Salad' features a refreshing, tangy-sweet sauce made with lilikoi (the Hawaiian word for passion fruit), with the crunch of passion fruit seeds adding a delightful accent. For dessert, guests can enjoy 'Acai Banana Yogurt' and 'Lilikoi Panna Cotta.'
