Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ## Background
Our company promotes the creation of an environment where every employee can work energetically while responding to changing manufacturing environments, such as increases in manufactured items and production volumes and the complication of supply chains. As part of this, we have advanced optimization within the factory by implementing a CPS utilizing IoT and sensor technologies, centered on the Ueno Techno Center based on the concept of a 'smart factory friendly to people and the environment.'

This project aims to balance the reduction of workloads on the manufacturing floor with improved productivity, and to construct a new manufacturing model that shifts workers to higher value-added tasks, through the promotion of factory automation utilizing Physical AI, which is possible precisely because our company has built up this CPS foundation.
