Rohde & Schwarz and LITEON will jointly showcase a test setup optimized for high-throughput multi-device testing in production environments at MWC Barcelona 2026. The demonstration will feature the Rohde & Schwarz PVT360A performance vector tester, simultaneously characterizing four of LITEON's new FlexFi 5G femtocells, which serve as the devices under test (DUT). This setup highlights the test platform's adaptability to various production and verification environments, all contained within a compact form factor. Rohde & Schwarz developed the PVT360A performance vector tester to deliver maximum performance with a minimal footprint. LITEON has integrated this test platform into its new FlexFi 5G femtocell production line, increasing overall test speed by 50%. At MWC 2026, both companies will present a femtocell production test setup where a single PVT360A characterizes four DUTs simultaneously. This solution, which houses a vector signal generator (VSG) and a vector signal analyzer (VSA) in a single box, works seamlessly with the R&S VSE Vector Signal Explorer software to achieve efficient, high-performance RF testing, enabling comprehensive 5G NR downlink/uplink signal analysis, including reliable timing verification. Furthermore, the PVT360A is designed to significantly accelerate 5G production testing and streamline design verification workflows, featuring an innovative 2x8 port architecture and the unique "Smart Channel" function for dynamic resource allocation. This allows manufacturers to test more devices in less time, dramatically improving test throughput.
