Workflow System "DigifLow" to be Renamed "DigiRio" from April 1, 2026

(Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryota Yatsutake; hereinafter referred to as "RIT"), a group company of SUNCORPORATION (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hitoshi Saito; Stock Code: 4626) responsible for the ICT business, is pleased to announce that the service name of its workflow system "DigifLow" will be changed to "DigiRio". This change is intended to streamline the service brand and is scheduled to take effect on April 1, 2026. Please note that only the service name will be changed; there will be no changes to the system's functions, usage methods, or contract details. Existing customers can continue to use the service as before.

Background of the Workflow System "DigifLow" Name Change

With the increasing digitalization of business operations and the spread of remote work in companies, the introduction of workflow systems aimed at improving the efficiency of internal procedures and approval processes is expanding. By digitizing application and approval tasks that were previously handled by paper or email, companies can expect benefits such as improved operational speed, enhanced management transparency, and strengthened internal controls.

Against this backdrop, RIT has been providing the workflow system "DigifLow" to support companies in improving their operational efficiency. This service is a system that realizes the streamlining of business flows and the centralization of management by completing various application and approval processes digitally.

As part of its brand streamlining efforts, the company has decided to change the name to "DigiRio".

About the New Service Name

Effective April 1, 2026, the service name will be changed as follows:

Old Name: DigifLow New Name: DigiRio

This change applies only to the service name. There will be no changes to the system's functions, operation methods, contract details, etc. Furthermore, the service URL will remain unchanged, and you can continue to use the service as before.

Changes Associated with the Name Change

The following items will be sequentially changed due to the service name change:

・Logo displayed at the top of the system screen

・Title of notification emails

・Information in service introduction materials, etc.

Please note that there will be no changes to the service's functions, operation methods, contract details, or operating environment. Existing customers can continue to use the service as before.
