The menu lineup for 'Summer Satsumaimo Hakubai 2026,' taking place over four days from Thursday, August 6 to Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Makuhari Messe Hall 3, has been finalized. Alongside a wide variety of sweet potato dishes from popular shops nationwide, brand-new menu items making their summer debut will also be introduced. Guests can fully enjoy the evolving charm of sweet potatoes, from refreshing summer desserts to satisfying main courses.

True to its reputation as a 'summer festival of sweet potatoes,' the event will feature over 200 diverse menu items!

A stunning total of more than 200 items will be available on-site. Summer favorites like chilled roasted sweet potatoes, syrup-rich ice cream, shaved ice, and crepe ice will be featured, alongside rich tiramisu, aromatic crème brûlée and tarts, and even Taiwanese dessert 'douhua (tofu pudding).' The forefront of sweet potato desserts will gather in one place. This year, in addition to curry—a classic pairing with sweet potatoes—heartier savory options like burgers, gratin, and spicy nachos will also be abundantly available. From long-time fan favorites to the latest creations crafted with each shop's unique touch, visitors are invited to experience the full spectrum of 'evolved sweet potato gourmet' that defies conventional expectations.
