The large-scale commercial complex directly connected to Futako-Tamagawa Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi and Oimachi Lines, Futako Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center (hereafter 'Futako Tamagawa Rise S.C.'; Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Sayumi Oki), achieved total facility sales of 45.756 billion yen (105.2% compared to the previous year) in FY2025 (April 2025 to March 2026), updating its record high sales for the third consecutive year. In addition, the number of visitors reached 29.23 million (101.5% compared to the previous year).

Since its 10th anniversary in 2021, looking ahead to the next 10 years, Futako Tamagawa Rise S.C. has been promoting the creation of a facility loved by everyone as a 'community platform' in the Futako-Tamagawa area. In FY2025 as well, we have worked on allowing customers to feel our concept of 'premium daily life,' while 'providing unique value found only here' and 'developing content such as events and community activities that create opportunities for people to connect.' As a result, the strong performance of outdoor/sports categories and experiential content led to a diversification of visit purposes and an increase in dwell time. Furthermore, in addition to promoting daily drop-in demand taking advantage of the station-connected location, holding approximately 200 events annually and improving circuitability through new store openings and renewals have boosted sales. Also, our efforts to improve customer satisfaction were highly evaluated, leading to our receipt of the CS Award in the '28th Developer Awards Chosen by Tenants.'

Moving forward, while maximizing the strengths of our station-connected location, we aim for sustainable growth through the deployment of community-rooted content and the strengthening of our store and product lineup.
