We are also widely seeking information on old buildings and commercial tenant properties that are difficult to utilize from real estate and brokerage companies nationwide.
Rebuilding "Difficult-to-Utilize Properties" into Rental Kitchens
Our company entered the rental space business in June 2019 and has since been involved in the opening and operation of approximately 100 stores. We have established a unique management system and are continuously working on improvements to address operational challenges specific to sharing spaces, such as noise issues and garbage disposal rules. Based on this track record, we will actively acquire properties such as the following for this business:
