Ridgelinez Obtains Certifications in Three Areas: Health, Exercise, and Food, Supporting Employee Well-being

Ridgelinez Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Takefumi Morimitsu; hereinafter "Ridgelinez") has been selected as a "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)" certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council (*), a "Sports Yell Company 2026" certified by the Japan Sports Agency, and a "Food Education Practice Excellence Organization 2026" certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Our Main Health Management Initiatives

At Ridgelinez, we believe that achieving employee happiness, or well-being, leads to increased individual productivity and innovation, which in turn contributes to further enhancing the value provided to clients. Based on this philosophy, we position health management as one of our key management strategies.

About the Various Systems

・What is the "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System"?

This is an award system certified by the Japan Health Council, aimed at creating an environment where corporations, such as large enterprises and SMEs, that are particularly excellent in health management can receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions by making their efforts visible. The goal is to create an environment where "companies that strategically address employee health management from a managerial perspective" can gain social recognition.

・What is the "Sports Yell Company Certification System"?

This is a system certified by the Japan Sports Agency that recognizes organizations actively engaged in promoting sports for the health promotion of their employees and others. The aim is to improve the social reputation of organizations and contribute to increasing the overall sports participation rate among the general public, including working-age individuals.

・What is the "Food Education Practice Excellence Organization Award System"?

Amidst the increasing externalization of food, a preference for convenience, and a decrease in vegetable and fruit intake among young people, the disruption of adult eating habits is becoming evident. This system was established with the aim of promoting "adult food education," especially among young people who will lead the future society. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries certifies organizations that provide healthy meals to employees and implement and evaluate initiatives for improving dietary habits as "Food Education Practice Excellence Organizations," with the goal of improving vitality within corporations and spreading excellent practices horizontally.
