Rewire Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hideya Kato; hereinafter "Rewire") hereby announces that ECPower Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiromu Masuda; hereinafter "ECPower") has joined our parent company, Feedforce Group Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and Representative Director: Koji Tsukada; hereinafter "Feedforce Group"), as a wholly-owned subsidiary, and that we are launching a new platform called "App Unity ConnectOS."

With the mission of "reconnecting customer experiences," Rewire builds commerce infrastructure centered on Shopify and provides its own proprietary applications. Through this initiative, we will integrate data-based decision-making with the execution of marketing measures, thereby strengthening our support for client companies in improving LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) and achieving continuous business growth.

Background of Group Integration As the relationship between companies and customers becomes more long-term, data-based decision-making is essential for maximizing LTV and improving Customer Experience (CX). ECPower provides a Shopify-specialized customer analysis tool that has been implemented by over 600 companies in 50 countries worldwide, with particular strengths in optimizing repeat-purchase strategies.

Previously, Rewire has collaborated with ECPower on select Shopify development support projects. This group integration will further strengthen this partnership, unifying our structures in both development and analysis.

Initiatives Following Group Integration With the addition of ECPower, it is now possible to manage the entire flow from customer data analysis to the execution of measures and effectiveness measurement as a single process.

By linking the application suite of Rewire and the Feedforce Group (including CRM PLUS on LINE, Doko-Poi, Ran-Key, and Omni Hub) with ECPower’s analytical functions, we can visualize customers based on purchasing data across both physical stores and e-commerce. This allows for the identification of churn risks and trends among high-value customers.

Furthermore, by coordinating everything from segment extraction to the execution of measures—such as point distribution or LINE messaging—and subsequent effectiveness measurement, we can streamline operations that previously relied on manual work and accelerate the PDCA cycle.

Launch of App Unity ConnectOS "App Unity ConnectOS" is the platform that embodies this collaboration as a concrete system. ConnectOS serves as a foundation for managing customer experiences without fragmentation, designing and executing appropriate measures across five stages that align with the deepening of customer relationships.

Within ConnectOS, ECPower is positioned as the core function responsible for customer understanding. Based on integrated customer data, ECPower analyzes customer behavior and trends to clarify the necessary measures for each segment. By having each application execute measures based on these results, we realize the optimization of customer experiences based on data.

Through the integration of ECPower and the deployment of ConnectOS, Rewire will strengthen its provision of customer experience infrastructure centered on Shopify and continue to promote growth support for commerce operators.
