MiiTel's AI automatic summarization function has shortened the time required for inputting meeting records, and its aggregation function has enabled visualization of call counts, call times, and proposal content. Furthermore, by establishing an environment where managers can provide feedback to Remote CAs based on these metrics, significant results have been achieved. The time required for inputting meeting records has been reduced from 20 minutes to 5 minutes per case, and the activity volume of Remote CAs has increased by 1.3 times. In addition, due to synergistic effects from other measures and improved interview skills of Remote CAs, the amount of financial products acquired increased by 2.6 times year-on-year, and the number of NISA accounts acquired doubled, achieving significant results.
