Next-Generation Education School "HR High School" Opens Second Kansai Area Campus in Osaka, Recruiting for April 2027 Admissions

RePlayce Inc. This opening follows the expansion into Yoyogi, Shibuya, and Yokohama in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and its first Kansai location in Kobe. The school aims to deliver learning centered on inquiry-based career education, AI education, and entrepreneurship education to a wider range of students.

Background of the New Campus Opening

Since its opening in April 2025, HR High School has been expanding steadily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with campuses in Yoyogi, Shibuya, and Yokohama, providing practical learning such as corporate collaboration PBL (Project Based Learning) as a "school closest to society." It also offers opportunities to acquire skills for living in a global society, including short-term study abroad programs in Malaysia, San Francisco, and Boston.

In this "VUCA era" of unpredictable future, with the rise of AI significantly changing the nature of traditional work, the importance of the ability to pose questions independently and solve problems collaboratively is increasing. Interest in inquiry-based learning and career education that fosters these abilities is not limited to the Tokyo metropolitan area but is spreading nationwide. By combining these with opportunities for challenges unique to high school life, such as school trips, cultural festivals, and sports days, students' self-reliance is being fostered, with over 1,000 challenges (expressions, failures, calls for participation, cross-border initiatives) undertaken both inside and outside school in one year.

To meet these needs, RePlayce announced the opening of the Kobe campus, its first in the Kansai area, in April 2027, to deliver next-generation education with the keywords "inquiry," "cross-border," and "co-creation" to students in the Kansai region. Now, as a second step, a new learning base will be opened in Osaka, a hub for diverse people and companies. Under a two-campus system in Kansai, the school aims to provide more diverse and practical education while promoting collaboration with local companies and municipalities. Furthermore, RePlayce is seeking companies in the Kansai region interested in collaborating on youth education.
