Niigata Hot Spring Inn 'Yutorelo Echigo Yuzawa' Launches Pet-Friendly Accommodation Service

The hot spring inn 'Yutorelo Echigo Yuzawa' in Yuzawa, Niigata, is responding to diverse guest needs by adding four dedicated guest rooms where guests can stay with their dogs, with plans to start selling accommodation packages in June 2026. The rooms are Western-style and can accommodate up to three dogs (from extra-small to small breeds), complete with pet amenities. An outdoor dog run and photo spots are also scheduled to open sequentially. While dogs can be brought through the lobby and lounge in carts or carried, they are not permitted in restaurants or hot spring facilities. Rates start at 6,600 yen per person for double occupancy. The inn aims to create an environment where both general guests and those with pets can enjoy a comfortable stay.
