(hereinafter “RTS”), a premier US company specializing in gaming and its culture, which operates the Evolution Championship Series (hereinafter “Evo”), the world's largest and longest-running fighting game tournament. This MOU is primarily aimed at exploring collaboration in the esports/gaming domain.
Based on this MOU, REJECT and RTS will sequentially consider initiatives that leverage their respective strengths, such as co-creation of events and video content, nurturing and supporting young players, and partner collaborations, together with Evo, the world's largest fighting game tournament operated by RTS, to further develop the fighting game industry.
