Background

In day services, "handover," where staff pass on information about users' daily condition and important notes to each other, is essential. However, as the users visiting and the staff on shift change daily, it is not easy to accurately grasp the condition of each user visiting on a given day.

Furthermore, in the field, multiple professionals such as care workers, nurses, functional training instructors, and life counselors each leave their own separate records, leading to user information being scattered in multiple places. As a result, it takes a lot of effort to consolidate records across different professions and to confirm handover details. In the worst-case scenario, important information may be missed during handover, posing a risk to the quality and safety of care.

To address this, "Rehab Cloud Daily" has released the new feature "Daily Report & Morning Meeting Sharing," which connects daily records to the next day's handover into a single flow. Daily records entered by staff on tablets are automatically consolidated into a "Daily Report." From there, simply selecting the records to be carried over to the next day or later automatically reflects them on the "Morning Meeting Sharing" screen.

This feature completes the series of tasks for "consolidation, selection, and handover" of handover information, which was previously fragmented, into a single workflow, effortlessly supporting reliable information sharing across professions.

Feature 1: Automatically consolidates records from multiple professionals into a daily report, allowing a comprehensive view of each user on one screen.

This eliminates the need to check records from multiple professionals separately, providing an at-a-glance overview of the day's care.

Feature 2: Selected items are automatically reflected in morning meeting sharing, providing a list of necessary handover information for the next day.

While reviewing the consolidated records in the daily report, simply select the handover items, and they will be reflected in the morning meeting sharing.

On the next day's morning meeting sharing screen, handover items for users visiting that day are displayed in a list, allowing for quick access to necessary information before service provision.
