The night sky of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, once again. A special drone show project to mark the 1st anniversary!

REDCLIFF, a company specializing in the planning and operation of drone shows (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Komei Sasaki), is sponsoring the 'EXPO 2025 Futures Festival,' the first event of the 'EXPO 2025 Futures' series commemorating the first anniversary of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. On Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the Momijigawa Lawn Plaza in Expo '70 Commemorative Park (Suita City, Osaka), the company will present a one-night-only special edition of the 'One World, One Planet' drone show that captivated many visitors during the Expo.

Additionally, as part of an initiative to make the show more accessible to the public, a crowdfunding campaign themed around a 'participatory drone show' will begin on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

The Drone Show That Lit Up the Expo Night Sky REDCLIFF participated in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai as a Platinum Partner for association-planned events, performing the 'One World, One Planet' drone show over the course of approximately six months.

Throughout the period from March 17 to October 13, 2025, including preparation time, the company recorded a cumulative total of 140,194 drone flights. The 'One World, One Planet' night program, held 171 times over the sky of Yumeshima, became one of the iconic contents of the Expo, with an estimated 8.76 million people looking up at the night sky.

Since the conclusion of the Expo, many have expressed their desire to see the lights again, calling it an 'unforgettable night' or wishing they could have shared the experience with their families. In response to these sentiments, we will hold a special drone show to awaken the memories of that night on the first anniversary of the Expo.

Creative Team Reunites For this show, the original creative team from the Expo will reunite. Led by Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai event producer Kenji Kohashi and creative director Junshiro Kameyama, the team will work with REDCLIFF to create a new drone show based on the performances that once lit up the Expo's night sky.
