In addition, we plan to deliver the entrance ceremony in real-time via Zoom to the parents of our foreign new hires residing in Myanmar, their home country.
Through this initiative, we aim to realize an entrance ceremony where joy can be shared with families beyond physical distance, and to promote the creation of an organization that supports both employees and their families, regardless of nationality or location.

The Company has introduced the "Homukami System," which covers one-way transportation costs for employees returning to their hometowns, whether domestically or internationally. By creating an environment where employees can easily secure time to spend with their families, we aim to improve the satisfaction of not only the employees themselves but also their families.
In recent years, parental involvement in new graduates has become so strong that terms like "Oyakaku" (parental check-in) and "Oyashi" (parental recommendation) have emerged, and more families are showing interest in milestones like the entrance ceremony. Especially for foreign talent, many families harbor anxieties alongside their expectations for their children working away from their home countries.
