Randstad K.K. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman & CEO: Jyunnosuke Michioka, President: Satoshi Sarutani), a provider of comprehensive human resources services, is pleased to announce that Junko Saito, Head of Communications, will serve as moderator for the first session (panel discussion) of the "94th Executive Development Seminar (Marketing & Sales)" hosted by the Japan Hotel Association, to be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

In-depth discussion to explore the optimal solution for "Technology x Hospitality"

The panel discussion session of this seminar will be held under the theme of "Hotel Marketing to Win in the Digital Age - Seeking the Optimal Solution for AI, CRM, and Unchanging 'Omotenashi'." Discussions will cover four key themes: KPI setting that balances "widespread recognition" branding with "steady sales" conversion; the role of websites and operational efficiency in the age of generative AI; building relationships with influencers; and the limitations of digitalization that have advanced since the COVID-19 pandemic, alongside the value of "analog" elements that should intentionally be preserved. These discussions will address the frontline challenges facing the hotel industry.

Combining hotel industry insights with the latest digital x HR marketing perspectives

Moderator Saito joined Keio Plaza Hotel in 1990, where she demonstrated her expertise across a wide range of departments, from front desk and accommodation sales to Head of Marketing and Sales Strategy, and Head of Human Resources. Since joining Randstad, one of the world's largest human resources service companies, in October 2022, she has been driving marketing strategies utilizing AI and the latest technologies, while focusing on brand transformation to deliver uniquely human value as a "partner who supports people."

In this session, Saito will leverage her over 30 years of deep knowledge of the hotel industry and her perspective on the latest digital marketing from a global company to draw out the opinions of top industry leaders and unravel the hotel management strategies for the next era.
