At "POPUP RAMEN Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga Ryuo" (Location: Ryuo Town, Shiga Prefecture), which operates within "Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga Ryuo" developed by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda), the 11th installment will feature "Irodori," a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide Chubu 2019.

About the Restaurant

Irodori is a ramen shop specializing in a rich chicken paitan soup, carefully simmered using "Okuminosamukojidori" (local free-range chicken from Gifu Prefecture). The noodles are handmade daily by the owner using 100% Hokkaido wheat, with controlled temperature and humidity. The soup is rich and flavorful, yet light enough to finish. In addition to being listed in the Michelin Guide Chubu 2019, Irodori has received the Newcomer Award in a Chubu-region ramen guide, won first place overall in the same publication for two consecutive years (inducted into the hall of fame), and won the WRGP2015 (World Ramen Grand Prix)!!
