Rakumachi, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; TSE Standard, Securities Code: 6037), operator of Japan's largest real estate investment platform 'Rakumachi' (https://www.rakumachi.jp/), has announced its sponsorship for the '73rd Todabashi Fireworks Festival Sky Fantasia,' taking place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture. The Todabashi Fireworks Festival is a well-known summer event held along the Arakawa River, celebrating its 73rd edition this year.

The festival is a large-scale summer event held at the Arakawa riverbed in Toda City. The 'Itabashi Fireworks Festival' is held simultaneously on the opposite bank in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, attracting many visitors from both Saitama and Tokyo to enjoy the fireworks lighting up both sides of the river.

This year marks a special occasion celebrating the 60th anniversary of the city's incorporation. The event will feature fireworks performances synchronized with the 'Itabashi Fireworks Festival' across the river, as well as original programs created by citizens and audience-participation events, making it a celebration for this milestone year.

The 'Rakumachi' platform features property information from all 47 prefectures in Japan, engaging with real estate companies nationwide. As a company supported by local residents across the country, Rakumachi considers contributing to regional development as one of its social responsibilities.

Fireworks festivals are cherished cultural events that foster tourism and community cohesion. However, there have been reports of difficulties in holding these events due to the decline in sponsoring companies and rising operational costs.

To contribute to the preservation and development of regional culture, the company has been continuously supporting various fireworks festivals since 2023. Previous sponsorships include the 'Yatsushiro National Fireworks Competition' in Kumamoto, the 'Yokosuka Kaikoku Fireworks Festival' in Kanagawa, the 'Miyazaki Cooling Fireworks Festival' in Miyazaki, the 'Nishi-Awa Fireworks' in Tokushima, and the 'Koto Hirosaki Fireworks Gathering' in Aomori.
