Form Creation Service "Formee" Introduces File Management Feature, Refreshes Selection UI Design

With this update, it is now possible to manage a list of files, such as images and documents, attached to form responses.

What is Formee? Formee is a web form creation service that enables quick and easy creation, publication, and management of form responses. By freely combining 9 types of items, including multiple-choice and file uploads, users can create forms for various purposes, such as inquiry forms, recruitment entry forms, and internal survey forms. Furthermore, with support for two languages, Japanese and English, it can be used by global teams.

Currently, as an initial release, all basic functions related to form creation, publication, and response management are provided free of charge.

File Management Function is Now Available Formee allows various file formats, such as images, PDFs, and audio files, to be attached to form responses. With this update, we have added a function to view a list of files attached to form responses.

The newly added file list screen allows users to sort attached files to quickly find the desired file or delete unnecessary files. This enables centralized management of files attached to responses, such as resumes for job applications or attached documents for internal applications.

Single-choice and Multiple-choice Parts Are Now Easier to View The UI design for single-choice (radio buttons) and multiple-choice (checkboxes) within forms has been revamped from the traditional text-only design to a card-style format. By displaying options in a card format, the visibility of each option is improved, and it becomes easier to distinguish between selected and unselected options, allowing for smoother operation for respondents.

Additionally, question items that mix image-attached options and text-only options are now easier to view. This allows for the creation of more intuitive forms in scenarios where visual information needs to be conveyed to respondents, such as in surveys related to products or designs.

Future Outlook Formee plans to continue developing functions and expanding its paid plans. Specifically, updates are planned to include email notification functions when forms are answered and data download functions for collected response data, making the service usable for more people and for a wider range of tasks. Through Formee, Rabee aims to streamline all operations related to form management.
